CurvAero provides aviation data analytics, obstruction analysis, drone operations management, and aeronautical data distribution services through web-based applications and APIs.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify CurvAero immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While CurvAero strives to provide accurate and up-to-date aviation data, our analyses are for informational purposes. Users are responsible for verifying results with authoritative sources (FAA, ICAO) before making regulatory filings or operational decisions.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

CurvAero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on analyses provided by the platform.
